Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases of the Track it Pro license.
All Sales Are Generally Final After Delivery
Track it Pro is delivered electronically as a digital software license key. Once the license key has been delivered, the purchase is generally final and the product cannot be returned. In other words, sales are generally final after delivery. Limited refund exceptions are described below.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you cannot activate Track it Pro after reasonable support, if you made a duplicate purchase, or if a critical product issue prevents normal use.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@trackit-simple.com with the purchase email address, approximate purchase date, and reason for the request. For automated review, the support address is support [at] trackit-simple [dot] com. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.
International refunds
Refund timing, currency conversion, card network handling, and bank processing times can vary by country and payment method. Any non-refundable taxes, fees, or currency conversion differences may depend on your payment provider or local rules.
Subscriptions
Track it Pro is currently a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
