Track it is designed to keep your time tracking data local to your device.

Information We Collect

When you purchase Track it Pro, we collect the email address needed to deliver and manage your license. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud prevention, and tax-related information as part of Stripe Checkout.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Track it does not receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Local App Data

Your tasks, projects, timers, notes, and history are stored locally on your device by the desktop app. We do not automatically upload your time tracking history to Track it servers.

How We Use Information

We use purchase and license information to deliver license keys, activate Pro features, prevent abuse, provide support, process refunds, and comply with legal obligations.

Infrastructure and service providers

Track it is built for a global audience. We use service providers such as Cloudflare, Neon, Stripe, and email providers to operate the website, process payments, store license records, deliver license keys, and provide support. License records may be stored in Neon-hosted infrastructure, including databases located in Singapore.

International data transfers

Your purchase, support, and license information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. We use this information only for the purposes described in this policy and rely on our service providers to protect it under their applicable security and data protection commitments.
